Khaitan, AZB, SAM, Links help PE-backed The Park hotels do $139m IPO

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd, which owns and operates hotel under the brand name ‘The Park’, has filed a draft prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an initial public offering.


Khaitan & Co advised the managers, ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited and JM Financial Limited, led by a team of partner Aditya George Cheriyan, principal associate Navodita Gupta, associate Drishti Barar and associate Tishita Mukherjee.

AZB & Partners was legal counsel for the company, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, and the promoter and promoter group.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas was legal counsel to the selling private equity investor shareholder RECP IV, which is owned by Credit Suisse.

Linklaters Singapore was international counsel to the managers.
