I have heard a lot of people in litigation talking about shifting to corporate law, however I have never seen anyone actually being able to transition. Has anyone here successfully transitioned from litigation to corporate? If yes, then how did you do it?
Also, what are the boutique law firms for Cap Markets or PE/VC in and around Delhi?
On a different note, if you still live with your parents, consider moving out (to a nearby place) and use your savings for the same. Again, start with real estate.
