I am shortlisted for a paralegal interview at NDA in one corporate team. How hard is it? Is paralegalship offline or online at NDA? What's the pay? How hard is it to clear the interview? Do they go beyond the CV?
Also, good luck trying to get the HR to respond after your interview. HR is uncooperative (don’t let your guard down) - best do your follow up, etc. through someone inside the firm.
Pay depends on whether you're still studying or have graduated.
Interview: along with your CV, work on that long ass form they give. Sometimes they ask from this form.
Tip: Everybody likes cheap labour. So have a good offer at hand to negotiate with while entering. And have a good offer or some other bargaining chip at the time of conversion discussion. Be polite, don't be rude with the nego. But ensure that they don't keep extracting cheap labour from you in the form of paralegalship. have a mental deadline that you won't do it for more than 3-6 months.
