Yes please someone shed light on the same. My assessment internship is scheduled there and I don't wanna take any chances.
How many other firms have lined up to give you assessment internships? You're going to throw away the chance of a lifetime based on LI comment section? Log off bro

thanks for making it clear where you stand
Culture is messed up. But if you can survive the punch, youโ€™ll be paid well.
Just go through all the โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ they post on LinkedIn. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.
Found all three partners absolutely whimsical except Ankita. She is a good individual to work with but in a wrong firm.
Look at the number of freshers โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ hired in โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ team in 2023 and 2024 and the period of their tenure at SRL - you'll know all there is to know โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.
Is the reason for that the said individual specifically, or other factors such as pay, quality of work, etc.
Made to quit were more than 3 right before the bonus season :)
Who is difficult to work with? Why has it been edited out?
The 2 Bombay male partners are non-toxic and straight shooters. No frill guys, keep to themselves and generally their teams are not unhappy and clients like them. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ

Noted, thank you. However, this thread saw a lot of spam and repetitive comments, which would have cluttered the discussion. Thatโ€™s why those comments werenโ€™t published. Always pushing for varied opinions :)
โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. How many people has SRL's disputes team in Mumbai been able to retain? โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ Also, do you have any idea about the attrition rate in the corporate team in Mumbai?
No A0 from the BO'24 was paid bonus. A whopping 1/4th of their advertised CTC for A0s was bonus. In Mumbai the highest bonus for associates at other bands was 50% of their eligible bonus - out of this, only 50% is paid in June, the remaining by the end of this year.
I think you are speaking about the CS in their Mumbai office. Their CS's fixed pay is so low that even if they get 100% of their variable pay, in actual figures, the bonus will be a meagre amount.
Have they discontinued their salary disclosure stunt โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ ??
Many of them got a 50% hike in fixed salary? How can they afford this?
