Even in NDAs, you can simply define 'Disclosing Party' and 'Receiving Party' in your draft and then use those words throughout.
It will work only on boilerplate agreements like NDAs, commercial contracts me nahi hoga, and if you come to transactional documents, there is no chance on Gods green earth that this can work.
