The post literally mentions "potato looking", "tummy bulges" and so on. Did you read beyond the title? Or is your comprehension that poor?
The post says fit and nothing about fat. But theek hai na samjh ko koi nahi samjha sakta
Fat people do whatever they want with their bodies.

But they shouldn't try to normalize it which is like liquor advertisements/tobacco advertisements for us and our youngins. Their attempts at normalizing it is the problem. That's marketing obesity.
Yโ€™all will pick the most random beefs instead of just agreeing that industry needs to do better when it comes to prioritising health
Though I realise this is supposed to be sarcastic - it is not wrong. It literally is not your business.
You're right. Your unhealthy lifestyle and unpleasant waistline is none of our business. It's your doctor and the Pharmaceutical Industry's business.
You have turned the wokeist body positivity argument on its head.

So, we don't have to fat - shame people by asking them, 'why are you so fat'? We can fit shame them, by asking them, 'why aren't you fit'?

Let's call this shame positivity.
I don't see how telling someone to mind their own business is buffoonery.

I do see how lack of punctuation resulting in an incomprehensible sentence is buffoonery, though.
The downvotes should explain you your buffoonery and lack of understanding what ought to be conveyed.
