Shame on law firms specially for making people sit in the 6:30-9 window when people can actually workout and remain healthy. Shame on every senior who expects their juniors to miss their workouts and shame them for taking an hour off for a run. ▮▮▮
There has to be more honesty and shaming for lawyers not being fit due to work. Have some amount of regret you idiots that you are wasting your youth. Your body is literally your temple that houses and nurishes you 24*7. Have some respect for it and fucking try to be fit. And all you potato looking seniors, stop shaming your junior for getting that hour off for exercise. Like I said you look like shit, don’t make it happen for others.
another suggestion: we need to shame people who try to interfere in others' lives and can't just mind their own business (or is your life that boring, that all you can do to entertain yourself is look at other people's waistlines?)

This is why science and medicine comes first, not wokeness. If we see a fat employee, it is our professional duty and social duty to tell the person to exercise and avoid junk food. What’s wrong in saying so? We see traces of wokeness even in LI as the moderator seems to have censored some comments goading lawyers to get fit.
So unless you're a friend who genuinely cares and is prepared to listen, or a doctor, your fat-shaming is not actually doing either them or you any favour, but more often than not just an excuse to comment on someone else's body or stick your nose into something that's not your business.

I make it my self and somehow I don't binge eat as I feel I've worked for my food and I want to enjoy every bite.
I have now lost 10 kilos since December 2022 and I haven't been doing squat. Am just less stressed and have more time to cook.
I AM SO GLAD I LEFT MY LAW FIRM JOB.
Though I'm okay with looking the way I do (Am fat), I like that my body is reclaiming my stomach.
