Even I am in the same situation, want to leave a job but it's been only 3 months. I am not able to even get the courage to leave and apply to other places but I have to. Is it okay to leave so early because you the place, work culture, everything is bad? Should one just tolerate it just because of the pay, and slowly die everyday.
