But lawyers should know that the accused starts of with a presumption of innocence.
Unless that statute says otherwise.

You can use a few years of experience in “business” of law (rather than law itself) and then go for MBA. You’ll get more value from MBA that ways.
Also if you stick you get decent WLB but less pay.
