if the coastal road ever gets built, it will hem in the NLU, on three sides there is creek and on the other side there will be a 8 lane elevated highway
some nlus have hills, some have lakes, MNLU will have an 8 lane highway :P

BTW, they cut down the original allocation from 70 to 35 acres
the govt seems to have allocated 2500 crore for the project, when other nlus are begging for 10 crore

CJI came and inaugarated the project, the construction has already started, piling would continue until first quarter of 2027
