5th year law student here. I am looking to work in insolvency law and understand NCLT-NCLAT procedure. Is the firm worth joining for internship? Is stipend offered? Pls advise. Thanks in advance.

The associates, however, are very nice and helpful. They are great mentors, guide you through the work, and keep you involved in the work. I was offered a stipend of ₹7,500 at the end of it. They even threw a lunch party for everybody on my last day.
You would learn about IB Code, but only through the case files since no new cases go to him. Close to 0 matters of Companies Act. Has decent amount of work but all are old cases. Better look for some other chamber.
Okay to join for learning absolute basics. Surviving more than a month there is an uphill task, ▮▮▮
Do not expect any stipend. Even if the same has been promised, they dilly dally in payment.
Similar story here. "Exposure >>> Stipend/Salary" is a standard argument they subscribe to for underpaying. Try elsewhere.
