Are T1 partners including associates allowed to take up work outside of the firm ?
The short answer is NO.

A โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ example is of a โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ who had his ass whooped at โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ when the โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ found out his firm clients were being attended to โ€œdirectlyโ€ by this โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Rumour has it that โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ was asked to pack โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ bags and leave overnight.
The REAL story is something else. Someone else tried to cut swoop a client, got called out but this guy got punished. Stop with the โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ!
no they are not. my associate told me her grandparent was in the ICU and wanted leave. She was actually modelling for a brand by lying at work. what a loser.
Cannot call these people losers. They are trying to make ends meet because they are not getting paid well in the first place. Anyone who gets paid well will never think of moon lighting.
They were being paid lakhs for a very junior role. Anyway LYING is never an option
Maybe it attests to the work culture you have created as a boss, more than it reflecting on her. In other words, you created an atmosphere where your juniours dont trust you
god forbit someone has a passion other than sucking up to the seniors. get a life.
Ask the Sr. Partner of a certain โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ firm who has a parallel practice operating out of D Col. Lots do this. It's only to what extent it's ok with lalaji.
