Man, get over it already. Its been more than a couple of years. The rest of us are happy being where we are. If it was so bad, why do people try to come back.

โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ Was it tough. Heck yes. But we are flourishing.

Once you leave the cult you will realize it. What is denied is your agency in life.

Get well soon.
Insecure people just cant see a woman succeed (purely on her own merit).
Whatโ€™s stopping you from becoming a rainmaker? Oh thatโ€™s right, YOU COULD NEVER BE THAT SUCCESSFUL.

The word "mentor" is abused when it is used to mask exploitation, control, or self-interest instead of fostering genuine professional or personal growth. In healthy dynamics, mentorship is built on mutual respect, guidance, and the mentee's development.
Whoโ€™s gonna leave, are there any women left in team
Bitterness, we all know who this is, misogynistic people will always hate on her
is this fr tho, 8 seems like an extremely exaggerated number
Idts bro. There is more than enough work.

its about the people you have to do that work with
The female SA from Bangalore team in GC vertical has also quit in May
In the last few months all women have left GC and RS team. One SA and A3 quit GC team and two SAs quit RS team - all women. None of the men have quit.

Mods - why you guys arenโ€™t allowing any comments? Publish, pls? We want some โ˜•๏ธ
It makes no sense because of the redactions. But clearly that also needs to be spoon-fed to you.

Hiding behind someone who had first mover advantage is not really very brave. Pathetic. BD will happen. The shackles are gone. Good luck to them. Some will survive. You focus on the prints and fawning.

BD.

Most work is from one domestic conglomerate, we know the games played with other clients. Donโ€™t make us say more things.
In 2017 Trilegal had 200 lawyers. It was smaller. Competition law done inhouse other teams.

Dedicated competition teams will not be many. There are very few cases and fewer clients.
โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Indian competition law suffers greatly from "authority bias". Be in it long enough, and you will see.

Yes. It did not have a dedicated team. Then every single person she brought quit too.
.

โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.

Mostly importantly, please learn to hold an opinion by yourself or even hold space with your clients on your own.
Makes no sense ? Much like your memos for clients :D

Maybe if they focused as much energy on BD as they do on playing โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ firm politics they would have some work?

Tri had negligible comp law presence until NKU joined.
I often wonder how some people in this profession refuse to have any respect or regard for their seniors and mentors.

SHE MADE YOU.

And no one has asked why the AM team exit happened but we all know. word spreads around
What are you saying? the exit from AMโ€™s team was at counsel-desginate level and GC was at SA-designate level. Itโ€™s all on LinkedIn, gotta read between the lines
what about SAM lol? 8 exists in the last 3 months

This is what you get for stabbing your mentor in the back

Calm down sir, nobody brought her up, youโ€™re getting triggered. Seems like a lot of scars have been left. Nobody wants to sit on her lap, seems like you were for the longest. Nobodys stopping you from struggking aldo, by all means be a martyr

Honestly why remove normal worfs, lets this be a platform where people can be honest

They have work but v โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ bosses
The biggest downsides of being an all menโ€™s club
nobody exited from GC's team wdym, the one that left like 4 months ago wasn't exactly junior too

Bombay team gets many referrals from Bombay M&A teams
The domino effect has started. The Bombay team has managed to do good but the Delhi team that exited is clearly struggling. I wonder whyโ€ฆ
That comp law practice used to thrive 4 years ago, now theyโ€™re scrambling amongst themselves for work. Corp teams know it too and take advantage of it
Too many exits lately, and not for higher studies but lateral ones. Was surprised to see an exit in AMโ€™s team at a senior level given how tight that core team was. Clearly there are cracks. Same with GC team, lots of exits at junior levels.
