Not a single senior member at principal or partner level has left in last 2 years. This says something for a relatively large team. Not surprised that someone faking the exodus story has not been able to quote even a single senior’s name.

The story thread is on low retention and exodus where not a single senior has been named who has left in a relatively large team over years. Rather, good retention compared to industry standards. Better to go by evidence instead of faking facts.
