take 2-3 hrs out setup the fonts and size, line spacing etc as default, and make sure your default copying style is set correctlyFormat Paragraph styles → Normal text → Update 'Normal text' to match
Then Format → Paragraph styles
→ Options → Save as my default styles
As an A0, it is one of your primary jobs to make the partner's life easier. Formatting the document would give him/her one less thing to worry about. This will help you in your current setup as well as any future places.
