I am an A0 at a T1 firm. Quite often I struggle with formatting and end up spending a lot of time on it. My partner told me to focus on legal constructs and leave formatting up to her. Is this a common practice across law firms?
A very reputed senior counsel once told me in my first year of practice to always write dates in DD /MM/ YY format and then comes a Senior Associate who butchered me for not writing in this format December 20 2026 and there I was wondering .... who's right ?
I would rather follow a senior counsel ! You enjoy your template draft
My partner literally yelled at me so hard last week for writing June instead of January help
Just tell, chill babe. Don't cry out so loud nobody hurt
With AI making all these leaps, you all are still formatting documents manually?
No. This is not at all a common practice. This is actually quite charitable from your partner but doubt this will be appreciated else where.
