A2 pay is a composite of 29, about 21.3 + 8.7.
TTA - 15.8 L (fixed) + 3 L (bonus) [18.8 L]
JSA - 14.4 L (fixed) + 4-6 L (bill share) + 3L (bonus) [21.8 - 23.8 L]
CAM - 17.6 L (fixed) + 4 L (bonus) [21.6 L]
KCO - 18 L (fixed) + 3.5 L (bonus) [21.5 L]
AZB - 15.8 L (fixed) + 4.2 L (bonus) [20 L]
- These are last year's figures for KCO, not sure what it is for this year.
- Also SAM A1s are getting anywhere between 21 L - 22.5 L, but I've heard the most common compensation is around 21.5 L (16.5 L + 5 L).
- All the figures above will have minor deviations depending on your reviews/team/billing.
- AZB and TT&A continue to be the least paying Tier 1s at Associate level at least.
Now that bonuses and increments are out for all. What is your monthly/ yearly fixed and variable salary at A2 level (2024 batch).
Please answer like this:

Let the gates of information flow for people to assess pay across T1 and T2 firms.
