A1s are getting 22.5 LPA (80:20) in SAM.

What’s the scene in other law firms?
This seems like 99% accurate for CAM, TTA and JSA
KCO A1 fixed component is somewhere near SAM total as mentioned above. Bonus is TBD
AZB A1 is also almost 18L fixed, rest everything seems accurate (someone who was looking out in the market)
Is this the total comp or the fixed component? CAM SA1 is 40+ and can also hit 45
23.5 - 24.5 lakhs for SAM A2 (18.5 is fixed for most)
As an A2, I made 27+ last year and this year 32 as A3. These are Delhi figures. So mil toh raha hai bhai - tumko nehi mila baas.
As an A2 at CAM with a 5 rating , I will be making around 27 lakh this year. not sure what I will make as an A3.
By the time you join in 2026 there will be no NDA so not too difficult to give 40 offers @ 25 lakhs each

There are not even 80 lawyers left in the firm at this point
True. My friend joined there recently and he is saying only tax team has work. Rest everyone is talking about leaving. He also want to leave after just 2 months
Try getting the full 25 lakhs and then comment. The way it’s structured you will never be able to get the full amount
It is structured as an employment bond. you won't get the full pay if you don't stick around for at least first 3 years. various permutations and combinations are used to incentivize retention. despite that, a lot of people leave quickly
How have been the increments at other levels at SAM?
Why is it so low, TTA SA1s are getting 27 (fixed) + 13 (bonus)
Either my team is getting paid much higher, or everyone is stating last year's figures
Can any other A1 confirm that the arrears are effective only from July 22nd (i.e. when probation ended)

Which means we'll be getting arrears only for 1 week, as opposed to 4 months
What is PA1 getting at SAM? And PQE 6 in Trilegal?
