The firm is growing - there are no dedicated teams for each partner, so you are pretty much working in a pool system. If you are looking for an easy work life - this may not be the right place as it’s all hands on. But the flip to it is that you will get the exposure no tier 1 can give you. From leading calls to running client meetings -you very well become a part of everything that happens within the firm.

Work is hectic like any other law firm but honestly not even a single person is nasty or toxic
Everyone is sweet and consoderate right from the partner to counsels to SAs to associates
Just negotiate your pay well and you should be good to go
Although I have heard the Managing Partner can be quite nasty - but interaction with him is almost zero.
