It is embarrassing. Retention of part bonus was not enough, now they want to annoy people who are anyways on the way out for future plans.

Manan and his minions were good. They balanced the inherent toxicity CAM's earlier capmarks team had. There might be some power tussle between manan and yash, but team and work is going strong.

Cap Marks should have got full bonus. There is so much poaching that if they don't give full bonus, a lot of people will leave.

Poor this time. SAM has given more than us, considering to join them. Our team billed a lot this FY, double than the target, still they couldn't reward properly.
