Umm, you sure? i understand bonus in CAM is capped. So its fixed salary + max bonus + MPD.

Please get hold of the Cam bonus letter before making such comments. Bonus is capped at SAM and CAM now. The rest goes to the swiss bank accounts of Mr. S

Cap Marks should have got full bonus. There is so much poaching that if they don't give full bonus, a lot of people will leave.

Manan and his minions were good. They balanced the inherent toxicity CAM's earlier capmarks team had. There might be some power tussle between manan and yash, but team and work is going strong.

It is embarrassing. Retention of part bonus was not enough, now they want to annoy people who are anyways on the way out for future plans.
