Keystone Partners seems like a good dispute resolution firm to work at. Can some share more insights about the firm eg. work, culture, payscale, growth, etc.
also how to land an internship with the firm? no HR + very random selections since associates check the applications themselves on their portal, how to get noticed? should I be cold mailing the associates/partners?
Nooo. I've interned there and mailing associaites is a BIG NO. they dont even look at it or they just ask you to apply through the portal.
