Shift from Tier 3 to Tier 1
Bro LKS isn't tier 3 and definitely pays as much as any tier 1 atleast in the initial years. Stop hating on the firm merely because the idt practice area inherently isn't lucrative.

you must be from lks, but anyway take the offer and then shift with the t1 tag on your cv. you’ll need a couple of shifts to bring you to parity
