Bro LKS isn't tier 3 and definitely pays as much as any tier 1 atleast in the initial years. Stop hating on the firm merely because the idt practice area inherently isn't lucrative.

Take the job. The pay will get better over the time, especially if you can prove that your skills are indepensable despite the loss in seniority.

My skills are currently indispensable at the Tier 3. The Tier 1 i applied to and got offered has a hire and fire culture.
