I'm an A2 at a tier-1 firm at Delhi. We do not have a lot of work currently. It's been like this for the past 2-3 months. Is there a chance my firm will fire me?

I know of one team that shed its associates by giving them terrible feedback and making them quit
Best to avoid getting hired by a junior partner, even in a T1 firm. When targets are not met, the partnerโ€™s job is rarely at risk. Instead, you are the one likely to be let go, with performance issues cited as the reason
Bump. There should be separate thread on this. More people should know about this
I know of a โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ, current CAM team where if they had no work for considerable amount of time - they would give you a 1 rating and screw your earnings for the next year.
