So far, I’ve built a good foundation in the Indian Contract Act (till the part on damages). I plan to complete Contract of Agency (Chapter X) soon. Do you think I also need to ensure a solid grasp of Bailment & Pledge (Chapter IX), and Contracts of Indemnity & Guarantee (Chapter VIII) for this interview?

Lastly, from your experience, what’s the best way to prepare for such interviews? And once on the job, what core knowledge or skill sets are most valuable for someone working with a capital markets team?
