Funny how it holds no value just because you didnโ€™t seem to make the cut lol
Already made the cut and finished up, โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. And I was surrounded by people from 3-year LLBs/IPY and random tier-2/3 NLUs and private colleges. So, no the clerkship is a joke unless the judge himself is very proactive.
Perhaps it says more about you than the opportunity if the fact that shocker non-T1 NLU folks existed and worked alongside you made the entire deal seem worthless.
I cleared the written exam and do wish to work under a particular judge. How do you think one should directly apply to a judge especially when he does not have any prior internships at the SC or any contacts?
Same here. Haven't received any communication. However, a friend of mine did have his interview conducted recently by one of the newer judges.
Has there been any judge who has conducted the interviews and chosen clerks? It's been over 1.5 months and anxiety is record high. Don't need the names, just ballpark figure of how many judges have already chosen will do๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
