Varsha Jalan, Khaitan Legal Associates. Bangalore.
Hemang and Gaurav were great during my time too (I.e 4 years back) apparently a lot changed so now idk
VP & VS - Trilegal. Great team and culture, terrible hours and workload.
Looking at the downvotes to each answer here, should I take it as a answer for where not to work?
VM is a gem. Such a brilliant mind, true maverick. Sad that he left S&R.
Second this. One of the best teams I have worked with. Great culture, always in vibe and good exposure.
Rajesh Begur

An absolute gem of a person. Takes a keen interest in the lives of his team. Will always have your back. The perfect friend, teacher and role model.

Plus+++. Hemang and Gaurav were/ are actually great...
I agree. The downvotes are staggering.
I worked under Bangalore Niranjan Vivek and he was a gem! Knowledgeable and very likeable. Anirudha Bose was alright. Nothing unlikeable or toxic about him. I don't know why these two names have been downvoted.
do not understand this hate. genuinely some of the best folks in BLR.
Yashvi and Bir are the most toxic seniors. Itโ€™s ruining Vikramโ€™s team culture.
Even Juhi at S&R is great, seems a little stern but is quite understanding. S&R is in general a good firm for wlb

So true! Best team ever! I interned in February, and they are the sweetest people I have met! I don't know about Hiring but regardless, you definitely be there to learn something every second!

Ashid, Devika and Ambarish are so chill and thorough, what is all this hate lol
Vikram is a senior equity partner, OP is asking for nice junior partners, so that would be Akshay and Yashvi from Vikram's team.
Winnie Shekher is a great partner, I donโ€™t know abour the team now, but she is such a joy to work with.

Dushyant Bagga sir. But TTA doesnโ€™t pay much. So itโ€™s kind of a trade off.

Dear Guest,

This is accurate and very well written. Exactly my thoughts. I have a feeling that you did the right thing while you were at a law firm, but the system let you down.

All the best with everything - we need more people like you.

Agreed. Him and his team are just the most empathetic normal lot. Although, now he is at NDA and not sure what his team is like now.
Thanks. But I do not really work with senior partners. Any recommendation for junior partners in Delhi NCR.
A lot of good corp partners at S&R - Rajat Sethi, Mohit Gogia (now in CAM)
Niranjan Vivek and Annirudha Basu from Khaitan , Bangalore
โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ - โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ & โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ, Delhi NCR. Absolute gem and rockstar!
I am a SA2 in one of the T1 firms. I want to move BUT really want to break free from the typical law firm toxicity. Who is the nicest junior partner you have worked with? Or which team has just basic human values left?
