In case of OP, his/her Bangalore family and contacts are not going anywhere, that's the hometown and OP will still visit the community frequently. OP will only make more contacts at NLIU, many of whom will be future hot shot lawyers.
As someone who has built a successful career in law without graduating from an NLU, I’d say Christ is a solid place to start. I didn’t attend an NLU either, and things have turned out well. Taking a loan for NLIU isn’t worth it.

I am a PA @ a T1 firm. I come from a TLC so giving an unbiased opinion of how you will be viewed from an employability perspective- an Nliu candidate will be preferred any day over a Christ candidate even if the nliu candidate has one internship less to show on the CV.
Your family, contacts and wealth matter more than your college. Which is by Jindal students are bagging good jobs in law firms and many are also settling abroad β€” at the cost of many middle-class NLU students. Jindal kids are children of India’s elite 0.0001 percent.
My brother in Christ, you must be living in some kind of delusion to even remotely suggesting Christ over NLIU.
False. Very false. Extremely false. Delusional level of falsehood.

Take my works.
