Posting the details about his daughter's educational qualifications and work situation on here was extraordinarily unwise, deeply irresponsible and indiscrete in the extreme. One google search by me of literally ten seconds helped unearth precisely who she is. Do you think Legally India has no trolls? 1. Does she go around revealing in public that hey, I am so and so from unis x and y, working at law firm z (oh but yes, I am also the daughter of this top Indian politician)? As far as I know, not. She tries to lead her life just like anybody with her qualification combo + work ex would do. Therefore, there is a privacy implication here, which takes over at some point.

2. Do you really believe that in all circumstances? Does she really deserve to be shamed, trolled, bullied etc, for what her father does? Has she expressed approval for it? Or disapproval? As far as I can make out, she has tried to remove herself from this discussion entirely. If she had expressed some sort of view very publicly, or went about flinging it in peoples' faces (in India and/or England) that she is the daughter of so and so, then, I agree, there might be some questions to be considered.
