How are the bonuses looking like peeps? mention practice are and the approx. number pls?
I am sorry but 130% means 130% of some fixed number that was part of your compensation or 130% of your entire fixed pay for the year?
130% of the bonus you were supposed to get that year.

For example if an A1 is eligible for 5L bonus, 100% would mean 5L. 130% would mean 6.5L
Does everyone in your team get the same percentage or do people get different percentage within the team?
Competition Team - around 8 have got 200% and the remaining 100% and above. Some non-performers are 75-100%.

This shit is real folks!!!
This person getting pissed off surely seems to be a professional troll disguised as a mere professional

Just to get my facts straight - 100% means [3] months salary / a fixed number, right? For example, if I am making 12 lacs per annum, the 100% bonus is 3 lacs.
It’s a hypothetical dude. Don’t be so insecure.
Because they did not meet the performance targets or because they weren't in SAM for one full year?
