at my firm’s ▮▮▮ party HR forcefully applied colour on me despite my multiple clear statements of no. If HR doesn’t respect consent, what can we expect from partners. She also touched me all over my body to put colour. It’s a gender neutral policy but she’s the ▮▮▮ HR.
Name and shame. You should submit a formal complaint to the firm at some point.
Hahahaha

The spirit of Holi is to not take consent
Seriously? Making this about validation? Touching anyone without their consent is problematic, be it with our without colours. One would expect one’s sense of personal space to be respected at the workplace.
If growing up means becoming a horrible person like you, then I'd rather not, thank you.
You desperately need to grow up, man. Like, for you it's a DIRE NEED. Stop acting so South Delhi lamely bourgeoisie.
Ah yes, the “festival” where harassment ka bura na maano, “holi” hai.
Holi khele raghubira bheege chunar wali raang bharse
I’m sure you’ve attended posh sessions. If you have, you should be able to complain to a member of the IC? This is of course if you would like to - unless you just wanted to vent which is also fine.
to be fair to OP does anything ever come out making POSH complaints to HR or the IC
