Work hours are reasonable and weekends are mostly free. My questions are:
1. Should I be looking for a switch, at all, given the kind of rants that surface on the platform?
2. If I do switch, when is a good time to do it? After I become A2?
3. Will my experience be discounted? If yes, will I start as a fresher in the T1/T2 and will my pay be adjusted accordingly or will they bargain basis my present pay?
