Hypothetical one, Can I be CJI if I anyhow become a judicial magistrate 2nd class at the age of 26?

Please don't demotivate, give genuine response! I'm requesting!
Theoretically, you can. Practically, you can't, and will most probably retire as DJ or at best, a High Court judge.
I think there are just two folks who have reached all the way to SC judge. One is justice anna chandy from Kerala.
Anna Chandy was never an SC judge, she retired From the HC. The person you are probably thinking about is J Fathima Beevi (who also holds the record of first woman Judge at the SC)
Justice Bela Trivedi also reached the SC after serving in the lower judiciary.
Seeing the uncertainty around the judicial services exams across the board, I think you should just be asking whether you would be able to crack your chosen state exam within your desired time.
Can't wait for LI janta to roast this naive child
Ah! Patriotism... how sweet! What world have you been living in, kid?
you can max become HC judge if you even pass HJS in one go and has excellent work
Depends, how many people in your family are judges?
