Probably ICUL. Their transactions team seem to be doing some really good work, pretty well known partners too. In comparison, Indus is tanking anyway, and the Chennai team isn’t particularly that great either.

Look at the attrition of ICUL should say enough, Indus clears imo.
What about the CV value though? Which would be the better choice?
Nonetheless. Afaik they pay stipend as well (source: people who interned at the Chennai office in the past)
For higher tier 1 kind of pay, you will have to opt for ICUL’s mumbai office. There it will be better than Indus
