this, you'll get ample time to prepare and are also being paid.
₹3000 a month as an associate?

Man litigation sounds grim unless you're in a good firm.
i would say just continue as inhouse for a year but keep in touch with the laws and how to do the legal work and simultaneously look for a new job. working for 3k with your family situation is just not worth it and we all know that it is very unlikely to increase
Which city are you in? If Mumbai, I may have a job for you which pays well and where you can also learn and grow.
Use this time to upskill yourself, prepare to shift to a bigger company/firm or start preparing for government jobs (Assistant Public Prosecutor/Judiciary)
3K a month is crazy, one can make more as a gig worker.
