Guys i want to join NLU DELHI for ba llb, but i just am skeptical about the discrimation or something, like do non-hindu people face any kind of discrimination or anything?please help me with this
Not really. NLUs are generally elite bubbles cut off from rest of the society, located at an end of the city. As far as NLUD is concerned, you may be discriminated subtly if you don't party or indulge, but generally, not that much discrimination.
DU has hundreds of illustrious alumni, compared to zero from NLUD.
DU was also formed more than a 100 years ago. And even CLC folks clearly acknowledge that NLUD is far superior today. No one is impressed when you say you study at DU since everyone can get in there. NLUD, on the other hand, is exponentially harder to crack.
Can you share the placement details of DU CLC? If there are any available.
How many advocates , seniors and judges are from NLUD? Stop overhying these state run money making institutions that only producing corporate clerks.
For someone who can't afford NLUs, DUs are a much better choice and will definitely help with all year round internships. Not everyone is born with a silver spoon like you, stop being an elitist out of touch scum bag.
This comment is a deliberate attempt to misguide. There's absolutely no comparison between the two places. If you can't clear AILET and CLAT then only join CLC or LC at DU.
nobody from CLC today would choose CLC>NLUD. in 2024, CLC has nothing left in front of the NLUs.
Yes, though not on religious grounds but that is everywhere.

Discrimination is inherent in human nature and it will never go away - forms will change.
Avoid NLUD. Left their PhD program cause they couldn't provide hostels nor research facilities for us. Moreover half the batch was ex-NLUD. Talk about academic in breeding.
It's surprising that a PhD scholar has no understanding of the distinction between an undergrad and a PhD program.
PhD folks don't need hostels. Find your own place in Dwarka. It's the undergrads that actually built the university brand.
Focus on AILET first, you don't JOIN NLU D, you GET IN by being a national topper, let's have that first.
