They are one of the better NLU law reviews. They publish regularly and are quite responsive. It's a pretty good place to send your blog to.

They tend to be very detailed with their reviews and feedback. Usually reasonably prompt but does not have an expedited review option for contemporary pieces.

NUALS Law Journal is great tbh. I have heard that the editorial board always provides great reviews. So regardless of whether you get your piece published, you'll surely get good feedback to improve on.

No, it could simply mean that there editor has other pieces to review too (or maybe some other commitment). Usually if the blog is of decentish quality (by decent I mean a well-written piece with comprehensive coverage) it passes the first round of review easily.
