The majority of the shortlisted students wanted to go for judiciary, llm, academics, chambers, and so didn't intern anywhere. One of the top three rankers actually stated in public that she wanted a taste of corporate life for 6 months so she applied for the tier 1 firms and got shortlisted.
Best of luck to these firms who didn't have 5 mins to look into the CVs even and all they looked into was the rank. Let the cycle continue. To the juniors, interning is no use. Focus on your ranks. In the end that is the only criteria for the majority of the firms.
More so, kindly stop refraining from passing or revealing personal correspondences of your batchmates. That topper's fate would depend upon her performance in the interview. However, for now, you introspect your own performance bro. ▮▮▮
