We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

Similarly, going to the office does not add any value to corporate lawyers whereas going to court is a major part of litigating lawyers.
I don't understand the decision of law firms to purposely harass the employees and complain about efficiency. My brother in Christ maybe if I hadn't swimed through river like roads i would be able to work immediately.
3 days is the perfect amount for wfo for team building and other bs. When they realise that the quality and quantity of work will increase if we don't have to spend 3 hours a day coming to office just to attend team calls online?
Migration to WFO; Weeding out people for strange reasons; Performance judged on random criteria rather than on work; Lawyers run by management!
Weeding our performing partners for strange reasons
Performance judged on culture report rather work
Lawyers run by management
What is more to come? Any intelligence?
