Migration to WFO

Weeding our performing partners for strange reasons

Performance judged on culture report rather work

Lawyers run by management

What is more to come? Any intelligence?
Isn't this the case in quite a few firms?? Especially:

Migration to WFO; Weeding out people for strange reasons; Performance judged on random criteria rather than on work; Lawyers run by management!
Don't worry, the coming week in Mumbai will be fun. Mark my words. 11 July 2024.
Huh? This is neither here or there. Are you from HR or management team?
Brother either give context or don't comment. What are we supposed to mark your words for? Aise to kuch bhi hoga tu bolega you predicted it
It's a 5 day wfo from now? Which teams and which office have decided to follow
When litigators have to go to court everyday, why should corporate lawyers in the same firm have wfh?
Because we don't need to go to court everyday? If there was a need it's justified to travel so much and come.
Because corporate lawyers don’t have to go to court. Hope this is not the reasoning you apply in your suits.
When litigators have court vacations, why should transaction lawyers work round the year?
So in your firm litigation teams are on vacation when court is in vacation? Go ahead take one if you want one!
