What is the ground for filing FIR? It may be ground for disciplinary proceedings but I don't see any criminal offence here.
My profs mark based on past GPA. This is why it is important to start law school with a high gpa.
My incentives then as a professor is to make my own life easy- hand out free grades, look the other way with cheating, reduce my teaching load as much as possible, work on research and publications and improve my own CV for promotions, spend time with my family, reduce conflict in my life.
People who can bear to live with the corruption stay at my law school- those who cant leave. So over time- you get more and more alone. Why cause drama for yourself?
If students want different- youre going to have to be different.
