Tie pins you can buy for 300 rupees, so not sure how much of a status symbol they are.
Nobody, not even partners wear tie regularly at SAM. It’s only for meetings, depending on the client.

I don't even know tie brands. Most expensive tie I own is one Satya Paul which I only brought because i had a gift card to burn. Wear whatever looks good on you, neat and professional.
