Around me at least:

No one wears a tie unless client meeting / conference.

I don't even know tie brands. Most expensive tie I own is one Satya Paul which I only brought because i had a gift card to burn. Wear whatever looks good on you, neat and professional.
Stop caring ab brands please, it's insanel cringe. Wear what you want. No one wears a tie in office, only for client meetings.
Nobody, not even partners wear tie regularly at SAM. It’s only for meetings, depending on the client.
Thanks to him, I have a very nice collection of ties built over the years.
Tie pins you can buy for 300 rupees, so not sure how much of a status symbol they are.
On my first day of the internship with a T2 IP firm based in NCR and the SA told me that no need to wear a tie.
1. Less than 5%.

2. Yes. No.

3. Yes among those who do. Not really.

4. Meh, does not matter. Yes if it is expensive.
