Well both pakistan and India faced equal amounts of discrimination from British but both went separate ways so...
At the risk of generalisation, this is proof that logic usually eludes liberals.
The number of downvotes on this comment clearly shows what kinds of people are flocking to this thread and choose to visit this forum.
So that's no evidence then for the assertion of a 'drastic decline'? Marking the post as trollish until we hear otherwise (ps: pro tip - click the little numbers next to Wikipedia statements and you'll get a footnote and that'll usually give you the primary sources)

Don't expect that bro. The drastic decline in Hindu population in Pakistan and the incessant persecution is not visible to these people. They are as blinded as andhbhakts.
Have you ever tried to raise similar arguments for Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh? Or for that matter any other religious minority except Muslims?

Isn't that literally the definition of protecting minorities in constitutional democracies? The idea being, if you want other countries to be better or more democratic or more fair or nicer to minorities, shouldn't your own houses also be beyond reproach?
Ah yes, China, the bastion of democratic development.
The intersection of red (class interests etc) interacting with green (environment) is an old phenomenon. You can find papers by Baviskar on this from the 90s, and compiled volumes by others like Raka Ray and Katzenstein from the early 2000s.
