Inhouse to T1 in <3 years is insane, how'd you go about it and do you have any tips for freshers looking for inhouse positions?
"little" kuch nahi hai bosss, you're putting food on the table for a couple of people and that's a big achievement.

I hope you find immense growth.
That's amazing, you should be proud of your growth and your outlook towards life. All the best to you. God bless.
Started off with 6+1.5. Moved to 9+1.5 and now I’m at 10.8+1.95. All these figures are pre-tax. The increase has been very slow if you compare it with tier-1 salaries but I’m trying to be grateful for however little I have achieved :)
Currently making 1.3L per month (pre tax and pre promotion) at a Tier 1. Started off with 25K per month in 2021 working in house, worked my way up to a tier 2/3 law firm and eventually joined a tier 1 firm. Hoping with the promotion will make around 24-25L this year.
Just go to Gadkarijis social media and look at all the photos and videos there.
You are doing so well. I am glad that you didn’t forget to get up after falling in life.

Keep going.
No man dont think like this at all please. You are one of the toughest journey and should be proud of yourself.
You're getting world class infrastructure in return so maybe try being a little less whiny and entitled?
If you're from 3 YEAR LLB then it's amazing because I've been hearing from people here that nobody, let alone tier 1 firms wants a LLB.
You mean this is what you’ll be making this FY right? As an A3?
More power to you friend. May you achieve all your and your parents' dreams.
You dint work 2021-2023? How did you justify? I prepared for judiciary, results dint go my way. How should I get into firms now? From t2 college.
buddy be more positive, I dont think we should be here making excuses about our life choices and decisions
Currently jobless. Worked at law firms but that sucked the soul out of me and I suffer from back pain now.

Thinking about next steps, which will allow me to earn something decent without destroying my health and sleep.
What matters is your post tax salary. Your pretax salary doesn’t seem so impressive anymore when the govt snatches away 1/3 of it β€”- and maybe even more if a certain political party with Uber-woke socialist ideas comes to power!!
Just started working at 7.2lpa as an A0 at a Delhi Boutique Firm (Corp) this year. Losing a parent during COVID turned my life upside down. Finally finding my ground again.
I'm currently preparing for UPSC and what I'm making, is a fool out of myself.
Working in a boutique law firm, making around 1.7L / month (pre-tax and TDS) (starting April 2024). Hoping to make around 28-30 in this financial year!
I work at Khaitan Mumbai with the PE team and my in-hand per month comes around 1.83 pre-tax. With bonus (variable) I’m hoping to take around 26-27lpa.
Please drop in how much batch of 2021 is making, starting from April 2024. It would be great if everyone can tell the base and the variable / bonus separately!
