Why trouble partners with internship applications? Even if you do manage to get one confirmed, you will not benefit from it, because intern assessments for jobs solely happens on the RCC/ General HR route. Partner referrals through cold mails arent considered tbh unless maybe you do extremely extremely well which is very rare, also consider the market for hiring

Yep don't listen to this guy. Got a PPO from an internship I got by cold mailing. There is practically no difference in an intern after the interview even if they come through rcc or partner, the assessment is same.
