Because...lower courts r very bullshit... situation is very crap....no power , no fame , no infra , only time waste....if you want to be a judicial officer..1st have practice then from HC or sc....not from lower courts
As someone with more than a decades experience in firms, courts & teaching. Trust me, switch to MBA and move abroad. India is going to be very volatile in the next decade.
2. Litigation under a reputed Senior Counsel (for 3-4 years), then independent practice
3. LLM/DPhil, as a gateway to academia
4. MBA - LLB-MBA combo is uniquely valuable (eg Mitt Romney JD/MBA)
5. UPSC
6. MPP/policy work
7. MBB consulting/IB
The above options are all excellent for high calibre graduates from the top NLUs.
I know MBA is usually the path taken to break into these fields but is it possible without an MBA?
