Education is not going to solve it because people who are far more educated still commit rape. We have to teach morals and cultural values to new generation and start public execution of these people.( I know its harsh but only way). Those mor*ns who talk human rights about these criminals should be discarded from society as a person who commits these crimes is not human but animal moreover these human right activists who call for less punishment for rapes and other crimes empower criminals indirectly.
