The associate and a known twitter bully got into a heated argument where the Twitter bully had used her friend's dancing video and made lewd comments about it. The Bully's tweet went viral people started bashing himleft right and centre. A police complaint was made by the associate's friend against the bully.

A known twitter - misogynistic bully - posted a video of a woman who was dancing in a college fest and called her derogatory names and said that India has lost its 'culture.' The girl in the said video had not consented to such publication - and her very close friend is the KCo associate. This inturn started a twt war between the misogynistic bully and the KCo associate - who threatened for legal action. Thereafter, the KCo associates' old twts - un@lliving modi, hating on temples, rating men based on sprots came to light.

On the contrary, we need to strengthen leftist activism within law schools. I would also replace subjects like company law, IPR and arbitration with Law and Poverty, Refugee Law, and Gender and Law. These subjects are more important for the nation. We need lawyers who serve the poor and oppressed, instead of oligarchs like Adani, Ambani, Birla and Jindal.

Seems like she deleted her Twitter and LinkedIn, law firms do make a big thing out of a small thing (like a typ0). This has already blown up.

From an employment lawyer perspective it'll be interesting to see how this plays out. The firm through its retainer will obviously have the power to terminate at it's discretion but if she is fired, the reason would be obvious .
